We are always on the lookout for new tunes by new artists. There is a wealth of talent out there, much of it undiscovered. So when we came across the Soundcloud page of Brain Storm, we were pretty pleased with ourselves.
Brain Storm are a pair of chaps from Mexico. There isn’t a great deal of information on their Soundcloud or Facebook pages, but what we did discover was four tidy little tunes that got us nodding our heads. There are a couple of dubstep bits and two glitch hop pieces.
This Iggy Azalea remix is the one we’re most feeling. It’s a nice dubstep lick that doesn’t rely too heavily on the vocal from the original. It’s definitely got a funky edge to it. Have a listen.
With Welcome To Hell, you get a little more familiar with the Brain Storm sound and what these two are trying to do.
And finally, Funky Dance is more of a glitch hop plodder. Nice vibes for sure.
