After Almost 2 Years, Rock Band 3 Is Making a Come Back with New Songs

Back in early April of 2013, Rock Band 3 Developer Harmonix released a track for the game that would be the end of 281 week streak, ‘American Pie’ by Don McLean.

Harmonix have decided its time to rekindle the Rock Band fire with three new awesome songs being added to both Rock Band 3 and Rock Band Blitz. The new content that Harmonix announced is coming to Rock Band is a pack of three great songs: ‘R U Mine’ by Arctic Monkeys, ‘Shepard of Fire’ by Avenged Sevenfold and a song from the Foo Fighter’s recent album Sonic Highways titled ‘Something from Nothing’.

The new Rock Band 3 content is coming tomorrow, January 13th and will only cost £1.00/1.50 Euros/$1.99. It hasn’t been made clear if this new Rock Band content will be the beginning of a new content releasing spree for Rock Band 3 or if its just a one time thing until another 21 months pass.
