Man City Prepare To Make Second Bid For West Brom’s Jonny Evans

Manchester City are preparing an improved bid for West Brom defender Jonny Evans according to a report from ESPN FC.

Man City’s £18 million bid for Evans was rejected last week but despite that setback the club is confident of landing Evans due to the his desire to make the switch and West Brom boss Tony Pulis refusing to rule out a move even after rejecting last week’s bid.

Evans  has thrived since he joined West Brom back in 2015 from Manchester United, being named captain this season.

Evans still lives in Manchester and travels to West Brom for training but it is no secret to either side that Evans is looking to make a switch.
