I’m A Celebrity’s Georgia Toffolo: From jungle Queen to switching on Christmas lights

I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here is set to hit our screens this weekend and it’s good to know that last year’s winner Georgia Toffolo hasn’t let the fame get to her head.

The Queen of the jungle has gone from strength to strength since being crowned the winner and despite her fame and fortune, the Made In Chelsea star is set to switch on Torquay’s Christmas lights this weekend.

The TV presenter who was born in Torquay, revealed on Instagram that she will be at the event on Saturday.

On Wednesday night, she posted on her story from Burlington Arcade in London: “I’m actually livid I wasn’t asked to turn on the Christmas lights, but It’s alright because I”ll turning be on the Christmas lights in Torquay this weekend so it’s alright.”

X Factor star Luke Friend will also be switching on the lights with Toff at the Torquay Christmas Carnival Procession, which returns for its 28th year.

Since her appearance on the popular ITV show Toff has bagged herself a job as a TV presenter on This Morning, she kept her role in Made in Chelsea and she even bought herself a posh flat in London.

The 23-year-old stepped on the property ladder in October by buying herself a £530,000 flat .

Earlier this week Toff also appeared on This Morning alongside fellow winner Vicky Pattison as they revealed that the celebrities would be doing when they landed in Australia.

The minute you land you get to make one last call and that’s you signing off and going into lockdown,” Vicky said.

“You’re in lockdown for a week, you don’t see anyone and all the celebs are in different hotels,” Toff explained.

And for former Made In Chelsea star said she thinks lockdown is the hardest part of the whole show.
